They have nt announced the ps4 consoles price or release date yet not have they announced game prices , it will not play ps3 games so you will not get call of duty until they make one for the ps4 , but the games will probably be priced around the same as a ps3 game is now ( $60-$65 ) and since the ps4 supports HD and should support 3D any monitor or hdtv will be fine as long as it has an hdmi input to connect to .

Well, in single player you dont have a choice, that is until you reach the mission called "All Ghillied Up". In that case the only other way to obtain is over Xbox LIVE. And, dude its so simple just choose a sniper as your class and play on one of the following maps: Overgrown, Downpour, & some other.
